MORE ABOUT TREATY

A handful of truly exceptional runners have secured three classic titles, but only a rare few have gone beyond that! Clonbrien Treaty is one of the elite few. A standout performer over the past two years, he has thrilled those lucky enough to see him in the flesh with his brilliance on the track.

In 2023, he stormed to victory in the Con & Annie Kirby Memorial and the WillWeGo St. Leger, and he didn’t stop there. In 2024, he added the BRESBET Easter Cup to his resume and made history by defending his St. Leger title—clocking the fastest-ever recorded time in a St. Leger final. The last greyhound to win back-to-back St. Legers was Time Up Please in 1971-72.

There’s no doubt Treaty was a superstar on the track, but he’s just as special at home. He’s one of the most gentle and intelligent greyhounds in the kennel and we are looking forward to him passing his traits onto his offspring.

“Twice nominated for Dog of the Year, he will forever be remembered as one of the all-time greats.”. Ian Fortune
