Saturday at Shelbourne saw us record a good hat trick of winners, including the This is Ladbrokes Life A1/A2 550 Final.

Fantasy Jack took the honors in this competitive little stake as he battled hard to hold on for the victory. Starting slowing he showed a brilliant burst of early to take it up round the opening turns, extending his lead along the back he looked in complete control. Off the final turns they started closing and he had to battle hard to win by the shortest of short heads. A September 14 whelp, he’s now unbeaten in his first 3 starts for us and owner, Alison Coxon.

Another nice youngster, Tynwald Dinney, gave us our second winner on the night as he ran out a three length winner in the Open 525 contest. Running a brave first bend, and leading round, he was clear down the back. Staying on well he crossed the line in a time of 28.64.

The hat-trick was completed by the experienced, Coran Sky. Quickly away from his favoured Trap 6, he paced up well to the first turn where he soon stamped his authority on the race. Flying along the far side and round the final turns he came home eight and a half lengths in front in a good 28.50 on a sluggish track.
