Coran Sky was a good winner at Shelbourne in the A1 550 contest on Saturday night. Breaking well he was soon in command of the race, powering home effortlessly he finished seven lengths in front and stopped the clock at 29.77.
We were luckless in the next two races. Riverside Charm found crowding at the opening turn before running on to grab 3rd spot in her A1. Barnhill Turbo was lucky to stay on his feet at the third turn when being badly baulked.
Coolavanny Pandy got us back on the score sheet with a brilliant victory in the opening Christmas Oaks Heat of Round 2. Flying from traps, she was never in trouble and cruised round in a brilliant 28.43 crossing the line five lengths to the good.
